Due to recent growth, we are seeking graduates to join the Corporate Value Advisory team within PwC’s Consulting practice in 2011.

We assist clients to value businesses, equity instruments and intangible assets, to improve negotiating positions, exceed compliance expectations and identify value improvement opportunities.

As a graduate, you will be involved in:

  - Designing and developing financial models, including utilisation of advanced quantitative techniques such as Monte Carlo simulation and options pricing;

  - Valuation research including comparable company analysis, preparation of discount rates, and industry and market analysis; and

  - Liaison with clients, preparing and presenting client reports
