2025 PropConnex Real Estate Case Competition

Are you fascinated by real estate and eager to dive deep into fields of real estate financing, private equity, and development? If you said yes, then the 2025 PropConnex Real Estate Case Competition is your time to shine.
Gather a team of 4-6 members and prepare to deliver a compelling investment committee pitch to industry experts. Teams must consist of at least one female-identifying individual. The competition offers a cash prize pool, and the winning National team receives a fully-funded trip to New York City to compete in the esteemed Cornell International Case Competition, held at the J.P. Morgan Head Offices.
PropConnex will be hosting an online information workshop from 17th April which all participants are encouraged to attend. Gain insights into the competition's structure, tips on what judges are looking for and more.

For NSW-Based Teams:
1st Prize Campus Finals = $1,500
2nd Prize Campus Finals = $1,000
3rd Prize Campus Finals = $500

For non-NSW Teams:
1st Prize Campus Finals = Paid flights and hotel accommodation by PropConnex for National Finals in Sydney
2nd Prize Campus Finals = $100 per person in the team
3rd Prize Campus Finals = $50 per person in the team
