This competition offers a unique opportunity for penultimate-year university students to gain invaluable hands-on experience in the private equity space. You and your team will tackle an investment case, presenting your strategy and insights to Crescent Capital Partners' experienced Investment Team.

This is your chance to work alongside some of Australia's brightest investment minds and take a step toward a career in private equity.

Prizes:
Top-performing teams - and select individuals - will be fast-tracked to a final-round interview for a highly coveted Winter Internship, with the potential to secure a spot in their 2028 Graduate Cohort. Crescent Capital Partners’ Winter Internship Program will run from 6–31 July.
